We do everything we can to be as size inclusive as possible. Right now, we go up to a 4XL in T-shirts and 2XL/3XL in sweatshirts. This is due to limited availability from manufacturers.
We are actively on the hunt for suppliers who offer larger than 4XL.

All Women's and Men's shirts are Unisex sized.

TSHIRTS: We recommend going with your regular size for a perfect fit, and one size up for an 'oversized' look.

SWEATSHIRTS: These are roomy to begin with so if you want a fitted look, go down a size. If you want a nice, baggy look, stay true to your size.

LOCAL DELIVERY is available to certain areas of Hamilton and Toronto.
Hamilton Deliveries are on Thursdays. Toronto Deliveries are on Wednesdays.
There is a $5 flat fee for Local Delivery.
UNTRACKED SHIPPING is available on any package. This means we cannot guarantee a delivery time.
There is a $5 flat fee for Untracked Shipping.
TRACKED SHIPPING is available on any package. We will share a tracking code after your product has been dispatched.
There is a $15 flat fee for Tracked Shipping.

Because we are a very small shop, returns and exchanges are difficult but we will do our best.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS AS EVERY ITEM IS INDIVIDUALLY MADE.

If an item arrives and is defective, please take a picture and emails us through our contact form immediately.

If you have any questions about sizing or colours, please reach out before making an order.

Shipped items needing an exchange for size will need to be returned at the buyer's own expense before a replacement will be sent.

Please remember that we are a teeny tiny company and we make every single shirt by hand, then package every shirt by hand, then walk each shirt to post office/get in our car and deliver all by ourselves.
We are pretty proud of this, but it does mean we can't get your package to you at the same speed Amazon can.
We strive to dispatch shirts with 5 working days. Then allow time for delivery or shipping.

If you would like to receive your order by Christmas, please order before December 5th.
Any orders placed after December 5th, we can not guarantee they will arrive by Christmas.
